NOTICE OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY UNDER THE CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS ACT

This Notice of Collection of Personal Information and Privacy Policy (“CPRA Privacy Notice” or “Notice”) applies to the collection of personal information from California residents on and after January 1, 2023. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy to provide California residents with additional information about their privacy rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) and applies only to California residents who are considered “consumers” from whom we collect “personal information” as defined by the CPRA. Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined in this Notice mean the same as in the Terms and Privacy Policy.

The rights described above are not absolute. In certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law or if you do not provide sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond.
